Mergers and Acquisitions

MICG Capital provides strategic advice to companies undertaking mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. In this role, we manage all aspects of the transaction process, including the following:

    * Identifying potential acquirers and targets,
    * Devising the optimal deal structure,
    * Setting valuation parameters,
    * Negotiating the terms of the transaction, and
    * Coordinating the work of attorneys, accountants, and other third-party advisors.

Capital Raising

MICG Capital assists emerging growth and middle-market companies seeking start-up or expansion capital. In raising private capital for our clients, we act as agent, raising capital from individual and/or institutional investors. These services typically include:

    * Developing an appropriate financing structure,
    * Identifying potential investors,
    * Preparing an offering memorandum,
    * Marketing the offering, and
    * Negotiating business and financial terms on behalf of
      the client.
